: Pre-engineered combination lifting attachment and perimeter floor joist system includes one 2” x 8” treated board sandwiched between two 2” x 10” treated boards that are glued and fastened with 4” screws (patent pending process).
: 2” x 10” floor joist are 16” on center (glued and fastened with 4” screws).
: 3/4" tongue and groove sub-floor (glued and fastened to floor joist with 2 ½” screws).
